    I'm 5'2". I went from 113 -> 100 -> 110

    Unhealthy -> Lost weight -> Gained muscle

    : )

    My intake is around 2,200-2,600 cals per day.

    I'm 5'1 and around 43-44kgs (95 pounds). I'm trying super hard to put on some muscle through strength training and pretty much no cardio anymore (apart from walking to work). I'm really struggling to eat enough food to put on any weight though, I just get so full!

    I guess I fit this theme.. I"m 5"1, current weight is bouncing between 120 and 122lbs. Can't seem to break thru to under 120. My goal weight is around 110... want to tone the belly area.. I look pregnant (and have never been pregnant)..

    I'm 5 ft, 115 lbs. I would be happy with my weight if I didn't have such a high body fat percent! That can't be healthy :/
