Thanks for the link! I've registered, even though I'm in Somerset, it'd be amazing to be a part of Le Tour! :bigsmile:0

Mate, wish I could!
Unfortunately I'm working and there is no way I'd get the time off!
Very best of luck!0 -
routes look really great - i'm pretty sure I've ridden most of the route (with the possible exception of the last 20 miles or so of the stage into sheffield.
I even tried doing a "proper" routemap of the 2 stages...
Stage 1 - http://www.gpsies.com/map.do;jsessionid=3D4A12F90ED18D9016AFF405511C40EE?fileId=zbyybrmjbuudeiyi
Stage 2 - http://www.gpsies.com/map.do;jsessionid=3D4A12F90ED18D9016AFF405511C40EE?fileId=yzmtvftopimnefwe
(stage 2 goes a little "pear shaped" at the end, as the .PDF map from the ASO has such thick route-lines, you can't actually tell which road it's going along... Of course, a little "local knowledge" from our sheffield/rotherham correspondents might allow me to sort that omission)

Hi, I have made an educated guess at the final miles of stage 2. Funnily enough, it incorporates one of the biggest hills in Sheffield that I only just conquered last week, so when Bradley is zipping up that hill, remember that I was there first. I have used Mapmyride to create the map and have tweeted it at @katozdad. Let me know if you have any difficulty as I am not big on twitter and dont use facebook either.0

Tried to upload a map but ran out of time. will try again tomorrow.0

Most detailed map yet. http://letour.yorkshire.com/stage-2
Definitely want to do this, or at least a substantial chunk in early spring next year.
Anyone else up for it??!!0
