Ran this last year with my work running club & we're doing it again this year. It's a great first race for anyone new to racing because the distance is short. It's awesome for new runners too - many people walk it so you really don't have to worry about pace unless you want to.
Added bonus last year was that 1000 finishers won entries into the TC 10 Mile for October & I was one of the lucky ones! Hoping that's the case this year too, would love to do the 10 Mile again.

I would love to run this race. After running my first one mile race this month I am eager for an opportunity to try the distance again!0
