19 weeks until my best friend's wedding in Israel

Summer is coming early - a week at the beach, my best friends big fat Jewish wedding, plus I'm going with my ultra skinny sister.... Would like to be a dress size smaller, but more importantly, be rid of the belly and have toned arms for summer tops so i dont dread all the photos being posted on Facebook. Started booking flights this week and realised there isn't long in terms of diet and exercise!
