New Year

The new year is upon us and it seems like everyone has the fitness bug! I know that my gyms are slammed right now. It is so exciting to see all the people coming in with their motivation levels so high. This is the stuff I live for.

When I look and see all these new faces it reminds me that in a few months most of them will have given up on their goals. That makes me pretty sad and I freaking hate being sad. My New Years resolution is to make sure as many people as I can stay on track all year. (That and achieve my own fitness goals : P )

What is everyone doing to make sure they are successful this year? Does anyone have any helpful tips on how to keep people more committed and motivated? What are your personal goals???
