What do you think about this article on Low carb diets linked to hardening of the arteries and impaired vessel growth? I haven't seen much information out there on the negative effects of low carbing and I just came across this . . .

Good article that deals with some of the issues of eating while participating in endurance events. As for the negative effects of low carbs I would want to see more than one study.0
