Week 0 - Starting weights!

I know we're meant to be starting tomorrow but I have a party tonight I'm going to drink at so I think it would be more honest if I put my current weight in now :) I just realised how tough this is going to be. We only have 4 weigh ins! Nothing like a challenge right?? haha do you think we should change the loss total to a little less?

Starting weight : 77.3 kg / 170.4 lb
Week 1, 20th Jan :
Week 2, 27th Jan :
Week 3, 3rd Feb :
Final, 10th Feb :


Current loss: 0 kg (0 lb)
Remaining loss: 4 kg / 9 lb

You don't have to add in the imperial and metric weights, I just do because it seems like most people in the community are in imperial :)

    Hey I like the challenge of 9 lbs! Makes me more motivated. :). My real starting weight for 2013 was 252, but since starting this I've gotten down to 246 so I'll use that as my starting weight. :)

    I've always seen challenges, but never joined in this is my first time doing a challenge. I hope it keeps me motivated.
