Happy New Year Y family! I hope it has started off well for you. We are in the process of implementing a great program (and yes, it's free) at the Y. It's called FitLinxx and it's a great way to track your workouts and activity. From having a goal of building muscle, to trying to work up that cardio endurance, it is a great tool for any of your needs. Please see a wellness coach or ask at the front desk about how to get signed up.

How are you doing with your health this January? Are meeting your goals? Are you feeling like you could do better? What is standing in your way? Please post your own personal strategies for sticking with those New Years resolves. Or, post about your struggles. Some of us have probably experienced the same things.

Our 8 week Get Fit program will be starting in February and is a great way to overcome some of those obstacles and have something different to look forward to every week.
