Welcome to a group for those of us who are careful with our calories. The ground rules for this group are simple:

:smile: Please be positive...okay, this goes without saying!

:drinker: Include serving sizes and nutritional data, especially calories, but protein, carbs an fat are appreciated. These board are filled with recipes that do not include nutritional data, making them too much work for many who are looking for controlled inspiration. Your posts may be removed, if you do not include this information.

:flowerforyou: When adding topics, either add them as a cooking method (crockpot, baked entrees, etc) or as a food group (pastas, beans, etc) rather than one specific item (ie: roasted cauliflower). Again, your topic may be moved or removed if it does not. We WANT recipes, but we also want to be able to find them. This will help all members of our group. I promise! :heart:
