NSV: NON-SCALE VICTORIES...SHARE YOURS!

NSV: Non-scale victories:

1. Crossing my legs while sitting down at Starbucks.

2. Fitting into blue jeans that 5 months ago didn't fit me.

3. Wore my favorite belt. I had never wore it before!

4. Running to the gym/Walking to the gym

5. Walking in the junk food aisle and not feeling tempted to get anything
Spending more time in the fresh produce aisle

6. Being able to walk up/down stairs without huffing and puffing

7. Fitting into a LARGE pink sweater

8. Waking up feeling happier, healthier, and more energetic and ready to eat a delicious, healthy breakfast.

    1) running 2km

    2) fitting into my old fat jeans (they look so much better than they did before!!)

    3) my alarm going off at 5am and me WANTING to go to the gym/run instead of sleeping in another hour and a half

    4) feeling better and more comfortable in all the clothes i fit

    LOVE NSVs!!!! so much more rewarding than a number on a scale

    Putting on a medium jumper for the first time ever.

    1) Getting closer to fitting into an expensive shirt I bought

    2) All of my pants are too big on me

    3) And so are my belts.... See my dilemma?

    4) I'm actually starting to notice a change in MYSELF. I look skinnier!
