Hi! I'm Renee. Currently living in KY. My husband is deployed so I'm taking this time to make some fitness changes. I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I'm on level 2 now and its just about killing me, I'm not really focusing on lbs. Once weight starts to enter into to it for me I start eating crap "diet" food and using starvation instead of exercise. So for right now its about consistent exercise and eating right. I'm about 220ish and would love to be around 150ish. Its gonna be slow and hard but I'm feeling really committed. Please friend request me if youre committed and need someone who understands! Tell me about yourselves!
