Hi all,
Did the intro to this today but failed on 2 counts.... no playlist set and no chases!
Whats up with that did I do something wrong or am I moving to quickly?
Any ideas?

There are no chases in the 5K Training app. Only the intro mission would benefit from it since the rest of the sessions are very planned out with telling you when and for how long to run, so they probably figured it was not worth putting in the code for this for just the intro.0

May have to do a week of each, I enjoy the chases so we'll see how my free time pans out ever the next few weeks!0 -
I know... I am a little disappointed that we don't at least get supplies for doing the 5k training app. I do the 5k and the regular missions alternating somewhat as time permits. Only because I feel I am past the level of the first week at least, but I want to get through the missions, so I am doing them.0

I've considered doing that to as well, will take me longer to finish C25K but at least I'll have some story, which is why I downloaded it to start with
How many times a week do you run? I was lucky and able to go first thing this morning but I dont see it happening anymore than 3 times a week0 -

I try to run at least 3 times per week, usually more like 5, but I just started up again about ttwo weeks ago! I usually run at night but only if I can find a running partner, if not I use my elliptical to get my workout in. Mornings are just NOT gonna happen.. I am too lazy in the morning (have been my whole life)0 -
I found ZR when I was in week 4 of C25K, and also quickly realized that I was too far along for the 5K training in ZR... I only did the first two runs. So I've been using the regular version along with RunDouble for the walk/run cues. Once I'm finished with C25K, I plan to use the ZR 5K training to work on speed (right now I just care about building up the endurance!), only when it tells me to walk I'll jog, and when it tells me to run I'll sprint. I don't know how far into the program I'll get before I just can't sprint that long all at once, but it'll be fun to find out!0
