Day 5 - 7
Strive for Five Eat the Rainbow 7/7 (the only color I miss regularly is white)
Water -- 64oz -- that makes 6/7 days
Weight bearing exercise -- 210/90 minutes thanks to an extra dance practice
Stretching -- 30/30 no more today
Bad Habits -- Confession -- I blamed the dry cleaner for shrinking a dress -- now that I look back I realize that I had merely gained a bunch of weight since the previous wearing.0
