I love Leslie worlouts so much that I decided to get certified as a Walk Leader a year and a half ago. It is so fun to "walk" with a group and encourage them in their exercise. They just restructured the certification, so the cost to get certified is less than it used to be. This isn't an ad - I have no financial stake. One of the coolest things about Walk Leaders is that they come in all ages, shapes and sizes. You don't need to have a perfect body or fitness level to show others how to move.
