I've just signed up to do a 10k charity run at the end of May.0

I did the c25k last year, it was great and got me into running. I now run 5k roughly three times a week.0

I used a C25K to get back into running last year and found it quite a good plan.
If you use Endomondo or FitBit, while running I'm on both should you need any encouragement.

Endomondo - http://www.endomondo.com/profile/7136451
Also, once you are running 5k, check out http://www.parkrun.org.uk for local runs.
Anyone close to Walsall, I'll be doing the Arboretum run0 -

Am signed up to do the Great North Run in September this year. Just completed Week 1, using the Zombies 5k app and posted a blog about my 1st week

Edit: Just to add, there's a group for those peeps who want some support doing the C25k programme: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/30-couch-to-5k-running-program-c25k0 -
HI!
I'm not following the C25K as such but have signed up for a 5k run in May... eek!
I'm being 'trained' by my marathon-runner fiance (he follows me with a verbal 'big stick'!) and I've improved from 3 mins before needing a breather to just over 10 mins in a couple of weeks so I'm quite pleased with my progress as I'm massively unfit!
Would be interesting to keep in touch with people doing the program to see how my efforts compare!0
