What do you do to get in your exercise for the day?

Walking, or using my stationary bike at home. Normal stationary bikes tend to hurt my back, but this one is recumbent with good padding and back support, so I can easily go 20-30 minutes on it without hurting. I also use a stability ball to do sitting crunches.0

I am ordering me a ball.. I have heard its strengthens your core so that you have less back pain. Have you found that so?0

Yes, it definitely helps with mine. I can't do the situps from the floor mat, but sitting on a yoga ball does help. Just make sure it's a good quality one, that's the right size for your body - your knees should be bent at close to a right angle when you sit upright on it.0
