What do you do to get in your exercise for the day?

  • Walking, or using my stationary bike at home. Normal stationary bikes tend to hurt my back, but this one is recumbent with good padding and back support, so I can easily go 20-30 minutes on it without hurting. I also use a stability ball to do sitting crunches.
  • I am ordering me a ball.. I have heard its strengthens your core so that you have less back pain. Have you found that so?
  • Yes, it definitely helps with mine. I can't do the situps from the floor mat, but sitting on a yoga ball does help. Just make sure it's a good quality one, that's the right size for your body - your knees should be bent at close to a right angle when you sit upright on it.
