Hello:
I have a passport membership to WSC, I can't remember the last time I went to the gym. I live in DC and usually go to the one on the Hill on D street, but can go to any of them. When I went I did the eliplicals, and then the Nautilis machines. I'm open to classes, but the ones I tried way back were a bit dificult because I'm not not coordiated.
In any respects looking to find work out partner(s). Or recomendates for WSC classes.
