4 cups chopped (½ green galia melon)
• 2 cups romaine lettuce or spinach
• 1 peeled lemon or more to taste
• 8 – 10 large sprigs of mint or more to taste
1. Process all ingredients through your Omega Juicer.
2. Makes one 8-ounce glass strained.
3. Consume strained or unstrained. Whatever your preference.
2 ribs celery
• 1 cucumber
• 1 apple
• ½ peeled lemon
• a nob of ginger
• ½ green chard leaf
• a handful of cilantro
• 3-5 kale leaves
• 1 cup spinach
1. Process all ingredients through your Omega Juicer.
2. Serves 1 - 2.
3. Consume strained or unstrained. Whatever your preference.
1/8 green cabbage
• 1/8 red cabbage
• 2 stalks celery (including green leaves if available)
• ½ beet
• 1 green apple
• 1 carrot
• 1 peeled lemon
• 1 inch ginger

• ½ dragonfly fruit
• ½ nashi pear
• ½ bunch spinach

• 4 to 6 stalks of white celery

• 3 big hands full of leafy green vegetables (kale, swiss chard, collard greens,..)
• 5 dandelion green leaves

how to select and store kale
To select the best tasting kale with the highest nutritional density look for varieties that have bright rich coloured leaves that are firm and energetic. The stems should be moist and crisp. Buy organic wherever possible and avoid leaves that are wilted, discoloured, bruised or have holes. Kale is very delicate and will become yellow, bitter, and lose much of its nutritional properties very quickly if not stored correctly. Do not wash the kale, but rather, enclose it in a plastic bag taking out as much of the air as possible. Then store in a cold fridge for up to five days. The Tupperware vegetable storers with the “breathers” are phenomenal for storing kale! For all of you fellow “tupper-tarts” out there – you know what I am talking about!0 -
