    Bit of a recovery week. I planned a 10 today but it has been pouring with the rain the whole weekend. Ran a half marathon in the rain yesterday, decided not to repeat the exercise this afternoon. So here is to me being lazy...couch...coffee. Hee ha, this is life.

    After reading my post, and then looking at the two runners in the snow at the top of this post, I felt a bit lame! So, ignoring the loud protests of my kids, I decided to risk my life and hit the streets - at least there was still daylight. Turned out fine - lots of snow (which is good) and barely any annoying ice ....

    16.6 this week, 63.3 so far for the month.

    After a rough week, I know now I won't be making my goal this month. Since I'm just starting a base building phase, I'm not so worried about it. I'm just going to keep adding the slow miles gradually!
