DC TaeBo and/or Cardio Kickboxing

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a TaeBo and/or Cardio Kickboxing classes in the DC area.

    The studio I have been going to (K2 Martial Arts in Springfield) does Cardio Kickboxing every day of the week. There's no Tae Bo though, but they do have other martial arts adult classes.
