Hi
I just started slim in 6 and shakeology and so far so good. I am seeing toning in my arms and legs, I feel great and lots of energy . But I have had 3 c sections! my last baby was born in July, and he was the biggest of all at just about 9lbs! So Im having the hardest time with the ab routines and feeling like Im really engaging the muscle there.
Im 5 ft 2 122lbs , I would like to lose a few more pounds, but my main focus is toning up and losing the belly!
Any Mama's out there who can help me out with tips , what programs they did etc to help target this area? Is it possible after 3 c sections or should I be saving for the tummy tuck!?

I don't have any real answers for you since I never had a C section. I do know that you can't achieve results with spot exercise. My advice would be to follow a low cal/fat diet as well as a cardio (2 x a week) & strength (3 x a week) routine for 45 minutes. Good Luck!0

Ditto what Kel said, u can't spot a problem area. BUT u can lose the belly! I know people who have lost 50-100lbs & have amazing abs now. P90x & Insanity are incredible for toning & building muscle. Good luck & keep pushing play.0
