THIS WEEK’S CHALLENGE….
We have two pieces of exercise equipment in back of the office (compliments of WinsBerryLady).
One Elliptical
One Power Rider
Next week we will have a stationary bike (compliments of DJQUEEN), and possibly another elliptical (compliments of Greg LaGrange).
Our fearless leader, Robby has given us permission to place equipment to help improve our health and help us along the way with our Biggest Loser Competition. Please take advantage of the use of this equipment.
This Week: I challenge each of our Team Members to at least 3 minutes on the elliptical trainer. That is what I did this afternoon. Let’s see if we can do at least 3 minutes each break time. Please remember to take a minute to stretch your muscles before each use.
It’s on….. How many will take on this week’s challenge?
Reminder: We get two 15 min breaks… One in the am, and one in the afternoon. If you can take the time and step away from your desk…. Sometimes I am able to take about 7 mins 2x in the am and then again in the afternoon. That does not always work, but whatever works for you.
