Spiked Greek Yogurt.

I adapted this from a recipe from a NZ cook called Annabel Langbein. Her version has 1/2 cup of mayo in it.

1 cup of Greek Yogurt - I just used a small (170gm) tub of Chobani.
Grated zest and juice of a lime
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp brown sugar (or palm sugar if you have it, grated)
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric
Fresh coriander leaves (I just chop up a bunch)
about 1 tsp very finely chopped red chilli, to taste.

Put it all together in a bowl and mix it. Done. SO easy, and really yummy.

I've used this as a sauce for marinated chicken or pork, or as a dressing in Prawn, mango and avocado salad.
