Hi all,

Hope I am posting in the right place. I have started January 1st with 187.4, had 186.6 last weel, and have 185.4 today.
Is anyone doing T-Tapp?

    Hi dana_c,

    This is how you report the weekly weight loss/gain:
    You reply in the thread 1/1 THRU 1/8 WEEK 1 WEIGHT LOSS : 0.8 loss
    You reply in the thread 1/9 THRU 1/15 WEEK 2 WEIGHT LOSS : 1.2 loss
    Then when you weigh in next Tuesday (or between the dates of 1/16-1/22..you post that loss or gain in the 1/16 THRU 1/22 WEEK 3 WEIGHT LOSS thread
