What do you record the classes as?

Hey everyone! I've been doing the Brazilian Butt Lift workouts and I was wondering what everyone is logging their workouts in as under Track Exercise. For example, for Cardio Axe I have been putting it in under aerobics, dance. However, I'm not sure where the other workouts would fit in.

    The best way is to get an HRM to count your calories. That's what I use. I like it because it counts the exact calories whereas my fitness pal is just an estimate and gives you the same number even if you do it with more or less intensity some days. I have a Polar FT4, got it for $60 online and I love it! You could also try Curves Circuit Training, or Aerobics, Calesthinics for high and tight? hmmm... Not sure exactly! I would do dance for Cardio Axe, for sure.
