This post is for us to celebrate our NSV. A NSV is when you have that 'ah ha' moment that confirms your weightloss without the use of a scale. Like fitting into those jeans that you had in the back of your closet, or being mistaken for a family member who is smaller than you. I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait for my first NSV!! So post yours and encourage someone else!
