I enjoyed my first skinny shake this morning with decaf coffee. Will do the workout wt 3:00 today...can't wait. Already took te dog for a 45 minute walk. How is your dy going?

    This is probably a little late for most of you, but for today's Tabata workout I am using a free online Tabata timer rather than pay for an app (http://www.tabatatimer.com). Maybe will be useful for future workouts?
  • I need to try it with coffee because it's too sweet for me, even when I scale it down! What were your measurements?? I definitely need to tweak my shakes because I'm not loving them. :( I've figured out my portions for the amino though and I really like it!
  • I downloaded Tabata Sports Intercal Timer for free on Android. Also gymboss is a free app. I've figure out how to make the skinny and aminos tasty. Still need to experiment with the vanilla scuplt. Someone put this link to fitmixer recipes on facebook. I need to check it out. http://fitmixer.com/category/recipes/
