Amy's gluten free veggie lazagna

So I know frozen meals are not ideal, but they are nice to have on hand when you don't feel like cooking. I was skeptical at first, but thought I'd try the veggie lasagna. It only had 280 calories.... AND it was pretty good, certainly not as good as homemade, but really tasty and low cal. I made some green beans to go along side and sprinkled both with parm. cheese. Total comfort meal 400 cal with 3 servings of veggies. :-)

I eat these for lunch on occasion. The Amy's mac and cheese is REALLY good too. Not as good calorie wise though!

They also do a dairy, soya and gluten free mac and cheese which is amazing - Not had mac and cheese for over 10 years and love her stuff.

They don't export them to Canada. <sigh> Of course, now I wouldn't be able to eat them anyway, but it sure used to tick me off that they wouldn't send their gf/veggie products across the border. GF, yes. Veggie, yes. GF and veggie, no.
