Hi everyone,
I have resisted doing calorie counting for a long time, but have decided that I have to if I want to lose the weight. I am in a wedding in May, so I really need to get myself together. When I work out, I can have some success, but my huge problems are consistency and portion size. I want to lose about 30 lbs, but would be happy with 10-20 before May. I'm thinking I need something this structured to help me.

how is it going so far? i hate calorie counting too, but it is an evil necessity to many of us. i have a similar goal for may...its my birthday!!! keep in touch and update often.0
