Greetings beautiful people!!!! I just wanted to remind each of you to post the miles or minutes you have completed weekly. January has been great thus far. Walk, run, cycle, or use the elliptical this week.

cdmarie 49,535 steps thus far, 16 floors climbed, and 20.36 miles travelled. You are a focused.
LadyBeryl 218.36mi/400mi - You are consistent. Great work.
Krim12 3.5 mi- Shout out to Krim12 for signing up for a 5K this month.
Brittamh 13 miles- You are dedicated. Britt gets out there even in the snow.
Leken04 22mi/38mi- Ken may even increase her goal for this month.
Aussiestargaz 3.56mi completed
SGRHO23 80mi/120mi- I have now added weight training to my cardio regimen.

Tore a ligament on my foot :sad: not looking where I was going and now can barely get through 5 miles on my stationary bike. Not sure I'll make my new 500 mile goal now.0

Oh now, LadyB! I'm so sorry to hear about that. I'm know you know this already, but it's much more important to get that things healed to meet a yearly or more long-term goal than to meet a shorter-term one. So first, "Do no harm." Keep us up-to-date!0
