    Hi Everyone

    I've just joined this group today. I live in Perth WA and I have a lot of weight to lose (23.7kg left to go). I am also at high risk of diabetes, so if I don't sort myself out now it will be too late. So far I have lost 3kg since the start of Dec. I've had the app for a few months but was given a fitbit for Christmas and love how the two interact as it records walking etc calories without any input from me. I find that to be very motivating.
