Morning thinking

Hello all,
Just wanted to say good luck to all the newbies here - I've been here since July and whilst I gave it a break for a bit I never left the gym and MFP really keeps you focused on your diet and fitness so keep it up!
Don't worry if you fall down some times, just get back on it, we're all human after all and life throws things into our plans to keep us on our toes. But here's the thing - the fitter you are, the better you eat the more power you have to deal with those things, both good and bad that life throws at you.
For me I'm on a mission to build myself up, get cut, get some strength and actually feel like a grown-up (and hopefully start to look like some of the guys on here with excellent bodies that have taken time and dedication to achieve - frineds would be great to inspire me!)!! I find looking at my stats after each week gives me the biggest boost, it shows me over the long term I'm doing good. My next plan is to put up the before picture, bare all to my MFP people and plan to better it as the weeks and months go by
That's it, just a thought to share (and yes, my first new topic!)
