Good Morning everyone,
Hope all is well and you are all reaching your goals. I am back on track after being sick for a month over the holidays. I finally lost again. I noticed that when i eat my full amount allowed I lose vs those 800-900 cal days.
For once in my life I would like to enjoy summer, rather than hiding in the house due to having no summer clothes so with summer right around the corner I am even more motivated than ever. What do capri's or shorts feel like? I have no clue.
Have a wonderful, productive weekend and do something nice for yourself. YOU deserve it :drinker:

Didn’t loose much this week but it was better than a gain. I did some measurements this morning and have lost 16 inches. Have gone from a size 20 jeans to a 16 and am about to go to a 14. Have a great week everyone!

Good morning!
I'm still trying to lose the weight I gained over the holidays (5 lbs). 2 more to go. I'm a little nervous about next week. I'm headed to a conference for 6 days. Luckily, I will get a lot of walking in.
