Challenge...get some good QUALITY stretching in!!!!! We all take flexibility for granted. It diminishes as we age unless we keep praticing it! It helps us stay fluid in movement and protect us with our next workout! So get it in today!

    For those of you who can remember the 80s: NO BALLISTIC STRETCHING! It does the opposite of stretching.
