Today burnt 920 cals. Completed the challenge with 1275 cals burnt on this weekend. The only thing that pushed me to go for walk was this challenge. I could not complete it last week and I had to complete it this week. I am hoping everyone is going reach that 1000 mark:) Come on guys:bigsmile:0

Well my hopes of burning the 1000 calories didn't happen! I knew I'd be out of town Sunday so planned to burn them Saturday.... But then we decided to go back to Pa Sat and spend the night so.......

Yes make sure to do that next week:happy: Weekends are the days where we eat the most frequently. If we cannot stop from eating least we can do it to do some exercise/workouts.0 -

Thanks! I am anticipating this weekend to be tougher to hit goals because I am working 12 hour shifts Friday, Saturday, Sunday. They are 2am-2pm shifts, so I get done in plenty of time to get to the Y, but I have a hard time swimming effectively after those hours have been put in.0
