DL from 100 to 140
Bench from 30 to 65
OP from 25 to 65
Row from 35 to, i dunno, 100

    Yes, I think they are. You'll likely surpass ALL of those by the end of 2013 (possibly not the row) if you lift consistently and don't quit.
  • DEFINITELY. work hard & stay consistent, some of those numbers will be hit within 6 months!

    Great goals! BTW my Row weight is more inline with my OHP and BP but we are all different. Go get 'em!

    Definitely, I went from 45 > 95 on Squats and Deadlifts in just 12 weeks between NROL4W and now I am doing the Strong Lifts program. Make sure to fuel your body, take your rest days and get enough protein. :smile:
