essential oils for weight loss

I have returned to MFP after some major backsliding. For some reason, I cant remember what, but I'm sure I had some weird justification, I stopped using the tools I had developed to lose a bunch ofweight. Now iI've regained all but 12 pounds. Even though I have continued to use essential oils to stay healthy and sane, I had put some effective weight loss essential oil tools on the back burner. Well, I pulled them out again and I'm having great results already. Just in these couple of days I have avoided eating refined sugar, and I've barely craved it.

I use doTERRA's Slim and Sassy oil blend when I get hungry befor it's time for me to eat. The flavor isnt my favorite, even though the smell is divine. I just put a couple drops under my tongue and swig at least 8oz water. The company says to put it in your water, but this way I don't have to taste it the whole way down! (I sell the stuff, so I probably shouldn't confess about the taste, but it is true.) Slim & Sassy takes away my hunger almost immediately. Sometimes I even feel that slight flush that I get as my body burns calories. I don't know if thats what's happening or not though.

The other thing I pulled out again is doTERRA's Trim Shake. I have vanilla, so thats what I've been mixing up. I add milk, shake it ip and voila! A delicious shale that doesnt have any grittyness or fake taste. If I drink it when I'm hungry , it takes care of my hinger for about 2-3 hours. If I am having a sugar craving and drink it, my craving goes away pretty much for the rest of the day.

I have been making the shakes even better by adding a dash of cinnamon (good for lowering blood sugar) and a 1/4 tsp or so of vanilla. Wow. Delicious. I'll also put that in the recipes topic under this board.

I know doTERRA is not the only essential oil company with weight loss supplement stuff. Do you use something different? If so, what?

Some single oils to think about: grapefruit, peppermint. What else?
