Week 1 Day 1

I start tomorrow. I have been doing tf on and off for the last two years and will be starting day 1, week 1 following the schedule starting tomorrow. I'm excited! Before pictures have been taken. I'm going to do 12 weeks and possibly replace some of the 45EZ workouts with fire 60 (mainly because I hate fire 45EZ lol).

I did 45 EZ today and I can honestly say it is the only one that I don't really like. The combos had me staring at the TV like "what?" And finally kind of got the hang of it at the very end of that series.
I just started Week 3 today. Other than 45EZ, loving the workouts!0 -
I'm the odd man out because I personally love 45EZ. It's my favorite workout by far. I've had Turbo Fire since it first came out and after 2 years, it got a bit monotonous. Don't get me wrong, I love it. I've been a certified Turbo Kick instructor for years and love all Chalene's workouts.
I've been thinking about starting TF again but I'm not sure how much weight I'll lose, if any. That said, your post does inspire me to give it a go. Thanks!
I want to add that the thing that got monotonous is the music. Music is a huge motivator for me. It's why Turbo Kick never gets old to me because each round has different music. If BB would sell TF with different music for the workouts, I'd so buy it.0 -

I have always felt that 45EZ is unorganized and almost like a trial video for what she really wanted turbofire to be like. Ahhh. I'm sure I am wrong. I LOVE fire45 however.
