Please put in your weights for this week and I will post the week's challenges below!

Monday: 500 calorie burn

Tuesday: 25grams of fiber

Wednesday: 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 squats, 50 burpees, and 100 crunches

Thursday: Thirsty Thursday.....100 ounces of water today! You can do it!

Friday: 40 minutes or more of exercise

Saturday and Sunday: Stay under your calorie allowance days
