Well I managed three hours with my bad hip. My entire body was really starting to hurt in hour three and I tried to do the fourth but thought better of it. I wore my BMF all the way through and found my calorie burn was equivalent to walking slowly for three hours. Very interesting as I always thought aikido expended more energy, but then again there was a fair amount of watching. Still falling and getting up expends energy more than just walking, or so I thought. Anyone else have a tracker they wear on the mat?
