Now, since this is a weight-loss challenge I believe that it would only be fair to upload progress pics! I believe that 1 pic monthly should suffice, the first Saturday of each month! Let me know your thoughts, ideas, and or comments! You can go to tiny pic.com and change the words from IMAGE to image at the end and copy the code to the desired place. For example: mypic/IMAGE changes to mypic/image. View Directions below! Now , the other options are to weigh-in in front of someone, video the weight, weigh-in at a gym and get a trainer to sign it, and or get a doctor to sign your weight at their office! I am not trying to make this tough but, I want it fair!

4.Change the letter IMG to lower case img

Yup! 1 pic monthly makes sense.. With a current update of weight n measurements! N yah d before n after shoul be preferably in d same pose (profile will be good as d difference in d bulge shows better that way)

I uploaded mine to photobucket. Then immediately it gives you a code that you copy and paste here. Make sure the IMG parts are changed to lower case img.
