What's the Turbo Fire Calendar?

So, a few weeks ago I got one of the turbo fire dvds on ebay for $10. The Fire 45..... LOVE! After a few weeks of mixing it into my routine with my other cardio kick boxing dvds (it I want the whole set!! So I ebayed and ebayed and ebayed and got a set today!! A used set that's missing the fire 45. MISSING THE FIRE 45!!! Meant to be ladies, meant to be!!! It's also missing the calendar. Is this the schedule of what you're supposed to do each day?

Anyone willing to type it for me? I'd like you forever! haha

I felt cheated when I ordered on ebay because it came with a not so great set of resistance bands. ...then turbofire went on sale through beach body. The calendar is the one that is for 20 weeks. You can also use WOWY on beachbody and it will give you the workouts you're supposed to be doing.
