    Hi everyone :) I have just done day one of Jillian's 30 shred - it was really tough! Hope tomorrow will be better.

    Tonight was day four, and I have now done 30DS 7 times!!! It got easier to do 2 times a day after the second time lol. The first time my upper legs were sore. Hopefully I can keep up this momentum and add some cardio into the mix.

    I wasn't able to do the 30DS again today because of school and kid activities. Ugh! I need to find a routine already. I only did the DVD once since we started. I have jury duty tomorrow and hoping it will be done early so I can do the DVD and walk on the treadmill. We me luck to do 30DS more often.

    Day 5 complete :) Today was tough! I had been going to the gym in the afternoons in addition to doing the dvd in the mornings, but today I am going to rest.... my body is just plain tired!

    Did day 4 this morning! I'm hoping by day 10 of level 1 I can actually do the whole thing straight through with weights and without stopping lol

    Yay! I just did day 6 of 30ds!! I am really proud that I have done it 6 times!! I am already getting anxious about level 2! I am going to do some extra cardio this afternoon. That is something I have not been able to squeeze in lately. I am going to focus on doing extra this weekend. Is anyone started to see any changes in their body yet? I am thinking my waist doesn't look quite as gross. Still have a long way to go though! My goal is 20-25 pounds by June when I am going to Indonesia on a mission trip. I need to be fit to have the energy to work and I would like to look better. :flowerforyou:

    Nice job! I am hoping the same thing, but I think you will be ahead of me since I barely did day 2 and it wasn't in a row. Congrats and remember we are all here for you :)

    Today is my rest day from Shred, I do Backsides foe Beginners because it's REALLY slow paced.

    I did 2 today since I skipped yesterday. But I can feel it getting easier! And I dont feel sore in the morning!

    Awesome job! I don't feel as sore the next day after doing the DVD either

    I completed Day 7 today :). I still struggle with the push ups and the jump ropes. Oh, and the bicycle crunches.... yikes.

    did day 6 after work last night and day 7 will be after work tonight. I've only missed 2 days so far :) and I got lighter weights for some of the exercises, so I did the entire workout last night using weights!!

    So odd story about 30ds last night. Not sure if I may be geteting sick, or if my apartment was too hot or what. But when I was doing 30ds last night I only made it halfway before I went and got sick. Its not like it felt like it was harder than normal or anything, as I was doing a little better than the day before. But I made it to the second circuit of cardio and lost it. Why woudl this happen after 7 days of doing 30DS? I will try again tonight in hopes that it was a fluke.

    I did day 8 of level one today! I also did 20 mins on the elliptical and 12 mins on the treadmill. I am turning up the heat this week because I did not lose ANYTHING last week!! I am praying for better results this week.

    Bought some 8lb weights for some of the exercises. Only thing I still need my 3lb for are the side lunge and arm raise (I HATE THIS MOVE WITH A PASSION), but other than that it's 5lbs and 8lbs.
