    Goal Weight: 175 (lowest as an adult was 175). This puts me confortably in a size 12/10 in some things. I'm happy with that...with my frame, I think a size 10 is about as small as I could reasonably go.

    Favorite Healthy Snack: roasted veggies (especially cauliflower and carrots)

    Favorite Exercise: Spinning class and weight lifting!

    Other funny tidbit: I always thought I was 5'10" (at least that's how I was listed on school sports programs). Then my 12 year old daughter gets taller than me and I measure her and she just hit 5'10". Translate: I'm shorter than I thought...5"9 1/2" ish. Damn!

    Goal Weight: 135 or so, I'm pretty comfortable with where I'm at I just want to work on getting toned again, since starting to work full-time I've fallen off my work outs that I have ample amount of time to get to while in school.

    Favorite Healthy Snack: Banana's and peanut butter as a pre-workout and I love laughing cow cheese wedges with pretzel thins.

    Favorite Exercise: I'm a big runner (or in the summer I'm a big runner, it get's a bit cold for me to run around here in NE sometimes...) and I'm into kettlebell/crossfit style of work outs!

    I'm reaching for a goal weight of 175lbs as I'm currently 190lbs and a tight size 10, comfortable size 12. My problem is I'm a 38G cup with back issues. Successfully endured back surgery in July and now I'm able to start exercising :) I'm doing Winsor Pilates and its a fantastic workout to build lean muscle. I've decided when I reach 175lb I'll see what I look like in a bikini and go from there...lol

    I got "sick" last year and gained about 10 lbs from meds and they need to GO, but I'm having a hard time doing it. It's not from lack of trying...far from it! The pounds are just being stubborn, I guess. Obviously, they don't care that I wear spandex on the weekends.

    I don't really care about the numbers at this point. I just want to get fit again like my track/tennis/basketball days of high school. I got asthma in junior high which conflicted with my sports severely. Also, college has made me lazy. My actual goals are to bulk up my arms, tone my stomach, and shave the excess fat off my legs and hips. I know once I gain more muscle I will end up weighing more but that is not something I'm going to concern myself with.
