were there any challenges listed for week 3?

my personal challenge and whoever wants to join me.......is to start the "couch to 5k" program.
(its a 9 week program that will get you off the couch and being able to run/jog 3 miles.
another member posted the info and started a thread here in this group .
so going to start that this sun/mon.
