Week 3 Challenge 1 ~ 275 Bicycle Crunches

Ok, Ok, I wasn't going to volunteer on this only because I don't know what to put for the appropriate number for the week, but here goes!!! :wink:

Let's work on our abs this week. Here is a link to show you how to do a bicycle crunch:

I did 100 on Monday, so 275 for the week is probably a very realistic goal ~ maybe we should go higher???

I will NOT count that 100 as part of my total. I'll start today.

    I'm with you Bethany (desperately need to work on my abs). It's Wednesday here but hopefully I'll be able to do the 275 by Sunday

    I totally did some yesterday in my CXWORX class but FORGOT to count them!!! UGH... Oh well... Those won't count towards this challenge. I'll do some tonight when I get home. Some on my FL has challenged me to do 500 this week!!! So, I have 100 to do per day! Stay tuned... :drinker:

    Ok, I couldn't wait until later... :laugh:

    I just completed 100!!! The last set of 20 was killer! :grumble: :happy: But I feel great. :)

    Only 400 to go for my other FL challenge!!!

    Ohhhh, I completed the challenge today.
    Monday through Friday 60 each day, thought my tummy hurt yesterday, nope...my muscles were just sore :bigsmile:

    I did 100 more today, so I have 100 left for the 500 my FL challenged me toooooo!!!! I'll get that in tomorrow!

    I have another challenge for us next week. Don't worry, not like this... But it does work a few muscle groups at once. :drinker:

    Was sick over the weekend, had gotten to 150, going to try and finish the 125 left tonight so that I can at least say that I completed this.
