Did my first day yesterday and all I can say today is ow ow ow! Didnt think I was in such bad shape, 30 day shred and running 6 miles never made me sore like this! Gonna try to push through day 2 today cuz otherwise one day off will lead to another. Please tell me it gets easier?!? Haha

It DOES get easier. I restarted the calendar yesterday so I'm on day 2 today as you. You are right. One day off will lead to another and another to it's best NOT to stop no matter how bad it hurts. Just keep plugging away. It gets easier and exciting. You'll feel differently come this Monday. I promise.
If you can, walking helps. Try adding a few walks here and there during the week.0 -

I'm doing the prep program and it varies. The first week was tough, the next week I felt great, this week the low impact HIITs are added in and my legs are screaming. I see next week I have Core twice in 3 days, I'm sure my middle will be aching. I like that it's constantly switching things up. I feel like if I'm sore things are changing0
