Here is a beginning of the week motivator:
There was a call-out for women who work in m school district. They were looking for our 'story' on what healthy changes we have made. They wanted to profile 10 of us and our stories, along with a publicity campaign that included a photo shoot. The other pic (with the pants...those were my pants at my heaviest) and this one were from that shoot. They are going to be unveiled on Feb. 1 for Go Red for Women in February. This pic is the life-size cutout they will make of me holding a board with my story.
For those just starting on this journey..or those on it for a while like me...just remember. One day at a time, small steps, do yield large results. I am 2/3 of my way there, and plan on "finishing what I start".
