I also gained this week. I checked in at 204, which is up 1 pound from last week, but still at total loss of 4.8 pounds since week 1. Thanks for all of the support!0

Hi all! The scale was particularly kind to me this week, but I'm a bit skeptical about it's accuracy. For now I'll take it and hope that it stays the same (at least) for the week.

I creeped up a little bit. I gave up fast food and soda four days ago so i am hoping to see a positive change on the scale next week. Also, i have a goal to be under my calorie goal every day this week. I was under yesterday and today. I have been struggling to make this a lifestyle change for quite sometime now. i have wanted to have my cake and eat it too literally. I am trying to make some lasting changes and some good habits. My goal is to be down one pound on next week's weigh-in.0
