    Mine are:

    Cheat food: Pizza. Just have to save up calories for it!
    Healthy food: Probably blueberries
    Non-cheat cheat: Our 3 bean chili recipe. It's calories, but it's very filling so it reduces my snacking!

    Exercise: Does sleeping count? If not, I'm going with Running and/or Soccer.

    Healthy food: peas
    Food that OMG SHOULD be a cheat, but isn't: low fat buffalo dip (fat free cream cheese, low fat cheese, etc)

    Exercise: dancing - ballroom, latin, freestyle, anything!

    Cheat food: no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies
    Healthy food: dehydrated apples, fresh snap peas and fresh right fom the garden asparagus
    Food that OMG SHOULD be a cheat, but isn't: chickpea salad

    Exercise: crunches, i love them but haven't lost enough to see that they make any differance

    Food that OMG SHOULD be a cheat, but isn't: my banana, skim milk, chocolate protein powder, and ice "frosty"
